Refund Policy
In-Store Purchases:
- Items purchased in-store may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for in-store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and receipt.
- Custom Orders: All custom orders are nonrefundable and nonreturnable due to the personalized nature of these items.
Online Purchases (Shopify Store):
- Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for in-store credit. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at emily@interiordesignbyemily.com or 563-379-9681 with your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Custom Orders: All custom orders are nonrefundable and nonreturnable due to their unique specifications.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders, sale items, and any item marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.
