Thank you for shopping with Interior Design b y Emily, LLC! We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Please read below for details on our shipping process, rates, and timelines.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Custom orders require additional time to process. Please refer to the product description for specific processing timelines for custom items.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days - $9.99
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days — $29.99
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day — $49.99

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and cannot be guaranteed. Delays due to weather or carrier issues are outside of our control.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. The free shipping option will be available at checkout once your order qualifies.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship only within the United States. 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Interior Design b y Emily, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. However, feel free to reach out to us, and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
